What is my talent? Emotional Intelligence. Something I have always thought is vital in the workplace and still continue to develop. EM presents itself in numerous ways but above all, it's about placing yourself in another's environment, and understanding WHY they do what they do. Then, with this knowledge, you can adjust your approach and find an action that resonates with both parties.
