This role is an exciting first hire into a new department for Tailify! We're looking for a Senior Insights Manager to join Tailify and take ownership of our suite of measurement solutions whilst seeking out new and innovative ways to measure the success of influencer marketing. You'd join our strategy team with the potential to build out your own team in 6-12 months.

As our Insights Manager you will own and build out our measurement suite at Tailify, working with our existing research partners and seeding the offering throughout the Tailify client base.

Team player, you're happy to get hands on when required, this will be a cross functional role working with our sales team, strategy team and delivery team.

Role and responsibilities in a nutshell:

  • Ownership of the Tailify measurement suite, you will lead the relationship with existing and new research partners (including the likes of Nielsen, GWI and Attest).
  • Creation of custom research surveys tailored for client needs using our research partners.
  • Collaborate with our account teams to understand Tailify client KPI's and the appropriate measurement solutions, you will act in a consultative manner.
  • Oversee and analyse campaign data and brand study outputs, building clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Partner with other members of our strategy team to integrate your learnings into campaign reports.
  • Work with our new business team to seed Tailify's measurement offering to new clients.
  • Oversee the development of our future measurement offering, you'll have the potential to build out your own team.

We're a great match if you have:

  • Experience working with brand uplift / measurement studies and solutions
  • Experience building research surveys for measuring custom KPI's
  • Experience working with large data sets (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Ability to analyse data to draw conclusions and tell a story from the findings
  • Commercial knowledge / experience, you'd be tasked to work with our sales team to up-sell measurement solutions
  • Experience working for or with a fast paced agency
  • Experience with Influencer marketing or social media measurement
  • Interest in / passion for exploring the Influencer marketing space
