We would love your help with

We are looking to hire a People Operations Coordinator to support the entire business. You will play an essential part in ensuring operational success together with the ops team of 4. Our operations team is a lovely blend between People, Culture, and Finance minds.

• Facilitating smooth onboarding for our new starters, making sure they're equipped with the tech, logistics and swag they need
• Responsible for office management (we reside in a WeWork near Liverpool St)
• Be the go-to for all expense, receipt and payslip queries
• Own Tailify's asset register (laptops, monitors etc.)
• Manage and oversee company subscriptions
• The fun stuff; managing company correspondence, and supporting supplier KYC processes
• Assisting our finance team with accounting and payroll tasks
• Drive our Cyclescheme initiative towards success 🚴🏿‍♀️
• Support our Leadership team with administration around everyday tasks, events etc
• Support our People and Culture team with events, birthdays and celebrations
