We are thrilled to hire a new Account Director who will act as the face of Tailify for our senior clients. Your will have the main responsibility for customer expansion (revenue growth), owning customer relationships and help Tailify building influencer growth programs.

Account Director - Top 3 drivers of success

A growth mindset with the hunger to achieve and succeed: the ability to take on allocated client accounts and think about both long and short term goals, how do we achieve revenue targets for the month / quarter whilst thinking about long term growth for the client and business (6-12 months and beyond).

Extremely organised: a large chunk of this role is having to project manage a high volume workload alongside various internal teams at Tailify and keep stakeholders client side updated, being on top of tasks at all times is vital. The role can involve switching between projects on various clients each day.

Reliability: someone that our clients and team can trust to ensure delivery of the best client experience possible.

Core responsibilities:

  • Grow your client account through incremental sales, building long term strategic partnerships with Global clients and introducing new brands to your roster.
  • Gain access to and build trusting relationships with senior decision makers.
  • Identify, develop and execute on account strategies.
  • Responsible for reporting on forecasting and sales KPI’s for your accounts.
  • Be the bridge between internal teams. Drive focus in the internal account teams towards client growth, be accountable for all work output shared with your accounts.
  • Analysing and translating client needs and success KPI’s to campaign outputs.
  • Lead the project and production management of proposals, incremental sales, and campaign reporting.
  • Assist in managing and leading response to brief pitches alongside our strategy team.
  • Negotiate contracts and fees with senior clients and procurement teams.
  • Help clients understand the Tailify vision and mission.

Required skills/experience

  • You have significant experience in managing multiple professional client accounts, preferably brand direct clients.
  • 5+ years experience within the advertising industry.
  • Previous experience with the Influencer Marketing industry.
  • Experience managing and procuring 5-7 figure contracts.
  • Confident with agency account management, understanding the nature and roles between internal teams (proposals, client delivery, new business, legal).
  • Highly skilled at developing and executing short and long term strategic growth plans for client accounts.
  • Proficient at forecasting and managing sales KPI’s within a CRM tool (we use HubSpot).
  • You’re a creative thinker, constantly looking for incremental opportunities.
  • You have a solution based mindset, looking for resolves when problems arise.
