As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a vital role in our expansion, and more importantly; to set up us for a future success. You will have ownership of the recruitment process and be a part of building out our talent attraction processes. You will be working closely with Claudia (Head of People) and Gem (TA Specialist) as well as hiring managers to establish long-term value and growth at Tailify. 

We would love your help with:

  • Managing the full recruitment process for all our open roles; from growth planning/sourcing/interviewing, all the way to offer stage and beyond
  • Always seek to sleek and improve our hiring processes and make sure that they are as efficient as possible
  • Build honest and authentic relationships with hiring managers/interviewers and support them in all hiring processes
  • Implement some real out-of-the-box talent sourcing strategies and build up strong talent communities across all departments at Tailify with a values-first approach
  • Embed our values in all steps of the hiring process to ensure that we hire the "perfect match" candidates only
  • Ensure that our hiring process is diverse, inclusive and of top quality
  • Ensuring that all applicants are given a superb candidate experience throughout the process
  • Manage and evaluate psychometric testing through Alvalabs
  • Partner with the Head of People to contribute to the broader People/Ops team efforts
