Welcome to Tailify Lisa!
What drives you Lisa?
There’s a lot of thing that motivate me, but I like to summarize it with a quote that I read in a book by Eckhart Tolle - “You Are Not Your Mind”. It’s something that I remind myself of every day. I believe that the mind often tries to stop you from reaching your full capacity, and that your true self hides beneath your mind. That’s why I’m a huge fan of long hours by myself in the forest, by the ocean or simply in the gym to connect with Lisa and motivate myself. Also, YOGA!
Why did you join Tailify?
Both of my parents have been working in the media sphere since I was born which meant that I was constantly surrounded by tabloids (literally) and conversations about marketing and media. As the years went by, I saw the shift in marketing - from magazines to the digital world. Influencer marketing caught my attention as a method that changes traditional mass marketing, with authenticity and trust as a key factor to make it successful. Therefore, alongside my interest in psychology, Tailify was a match made in heaven. You’re probably wondering why I’m in the People & Culture team and not in the beating heart of my interest. Well, I also have a huge passion for people and the emotional fulfillment I get from seeing candidates in the process is like nothing else!
Tell us a fun fact about yourself?
For the last couple of years I’ve roughly had 3 jobs at the same time whilst studying in High School. I think that pretty much summarizes that I’m a ball of energy!
What does Influence mean to you?
Power that should be used wisely. You never know as an “influencer” what will stay on someones mind, something that I realized whilst babysitting a toddler for a couple of years… ;)
If you could give your younger self 1 piece of advice, what would it be and why?
It’s all going to be okay.<3
What is something most people don’t know about you?
I’ve quickly adapted to British banter if I can say so myself (the sarcastic individual that I am really flourishes).
How do you think your colleagues will describe you in one year?
Productive and friendly (I hope).
